Rest & Recover Bath Foam with Essential Oils of Lavender, Cypress, Clary Sage, Neroli & Sweet Orange. Not only is it wonderful in helping to calm, soothe & tone the perineum after the arrival of your baby but also offers emotional & spiritual support during times when you are feeling low. (250ml)

Lavender is wonderfully relaxing and eases tension, stress, aches, pains and inflammation.

Cypress works well on thread veins, and varicose veins and helps to improve circulation, rheumatism, nervous tension and stress.

Clary Sage is beneficial for nervous tension, muscular aches and pains, depression and migraines.

Neroli helps lift emotional well being and spirits and helps anxiety, nervous tension, stress and poor circulation.

Sweet Orange has a lovely sweet and zesty aroma and is helpful with stress, tension and water retention.

How to Use 

Add a small amount, roughly the size of a 50p piece, to warm running water & soak for at least 10 minutes so the essential oils can take effect.
